Welcome to Matsubayashi-Ryu Shorin Ryu Genealogy

Master Shoshin Nagamine was the founder of  Matsubayashi-Ryu in 1947. 

He opened a dojo in Naha January of 1953.


There are many Karateka of this style from various countries in the world.


The main focus of this site will be the lineage of Karateka from the United States.
